PAYMENTS

 

We use Paypal to process orders. Our shopping cart collects the usual data when you place an order -  name, billing and shipping addresses, email and phone number. Paypal takes care of collecting your credit/debit card information.  You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your order. 

 

To The Nines does business under the umbrella of our company FunRock'n, LLC, so you will see FunRock'n listed as our business name on Paypal. Check out FunRock'n's online store or visit us in New Orleans - we have tons of fun stuff and you can try on To The Nines items in person at our Magazine Street location!

SHIPPING

 

We use US Postal Service Priority Mail for domestic and international shipping. At the moment our shopping cart system is only set up to ship automatically to domestic United States locations, but we will soon be offering limited international locations. If you are outside the United States and do not see your country listed, please send us an email with the items you are interested in and we will work with you to make arrangements.

 

In stock orders will ship within 5 business days. We ship Tuesday – Friday.

 

Pre-orders or production runs will ship when ready - usually within 4 weeks. Posting a style/ fabric indicates we are moving into the cutting phase of production. All clothing is produced in small batches by skilled seamstresses right here in new Orleans. We will contact you after you place your order to give you an ETA for pre-order or production run items.

 

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. So please ask us a million and one questions and them some before you place your order. We are a tiny company with small margins as well as our giving initiative... so we want to get it right the first time!

 

RETURNS

 

All of our garments are handmade in New Orleans and we are super proud of that. And, we really want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 3 day return policy on UNUSED and NOT WORN items.

We will double and triple check them to make sure you are getting a garment that fits (or can be easily tailored!) The goal is to get it right the first time, as we are inspired by our mission to donate a school uniform for a girl in need in Africa!

 

Also, these dresses fit. I mean really fit, as in hugging the body and all the curves. The designs show off your arms, legs, chest, etc. All those cute things that make you look girly and really catch some attention. Rhonda, To The Nine's creative mastermind did that on purpose after altering the Original Betty dress - and you can see where we are today because of that!
